SERVICE METHODOLOGY

  1. Arrive, setup and photograph. Add any immediate description information
  2. Process the inventory information and attempt to associate any document that was previously provided.
  3. In a week the client will receive via email a copy of the inventory in PDF format.
  4. There will be an allowance for corrections and the addition of text information.
  5. A final updated inventory will be returned to the Client

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Your inventory will not be shared with any third-parties
  • The inventory documents will be kept for your convenience for 3 years and then deleted
  • Our agreement includes a non-disclosure clause but we will also accept a non-disclosure agreement provided by you

HANDLING YOUR ART

  • We will be accompanied by you or your representative as we take the photographs
  • We will minimize touching any artwork
